Week 1- Weigh in

To help keep me on track I've decided to post my weekly weigh ins as well as keeping my food & exercise diary. So here goes, at the end of my first week of keeping the food journal I'm in a better place than I was last week but not by much. I have to admit, I was disappointed at first but after I took my measurements I was happier. 
Weight: -1.1kg
Body Fat: -0.5%
Measurements
Bust: -3cm
Waist (at my smallest point): -1cm
Waist (at my navel): -4cm 
Hips: -2cm
Not bad for eating until I was full and not feeling deprived don't you think? I'm used to being hungry when I'm loosing. Hopefully the scales will be kinder to me this week, but to be honest I can feel the difference, my jeans are fitting better and I feel great so I'm not letting it get to me as much as it once did.
Ok lets talk goals. Do you think it's do-able to loose 5kgs (well 4.6 technically) by Christmas? I would love to reach that mini goal by then. I think it would keep my eating on track during the holidays season too.
How often do you weigh yourself? I've been trying to only weigh myself once a week but it's turning into a daily routine again... lets hope that's as far as it goes or i'll have to hide them again. Bad habits really are hard to kick.
