I'm about half way through putting all my recipes into my RECIpage for you all! It's a pain and takes time but I think it'll be worth it. In the mean time here's a pretty pic and weight update.
My fruit looked so gorgeous I had to take a pic, it's not a recipe just fresh and a great combo.
I forgot (accidentally on purpose) to post last weeks weigh in, so here's a double dose. Last week I managed to gain. Stupid hormones. Anyone have any tips for irregular cycles?
Week 8:
Weight: +2.6kg
Body Fat %: +1.3%
Bust: +4cm
Waist (at smallest point): +2cm
Hip: +1cm
Week 9:
Weight: -2.8kg
Body Fat %: -1.2%
Bust: -4cm
Hip: -2cm
Bum: -1cm
Thigh: -0.5cm
The overall picture is looking good though, just got to keep pushing on. I hope all of you that are trying to lose/maintain are going well!
