Chocolate-Covered Katie is one of my favourite blogs to read and her recipes are always delicious! If you haven't discovered her blog yet go have a read. Seriously. NOW! Her dessert recipes are healthy and yummy- the perfect food to bring to parties.
I don't know why this has taken me so long to try- actually I do, too much homework and not having the right ingredients in the house but still, that didn't stop me today- I just altered things a little. It still tastes wonderfully chocolatey- I'm sure Katie would still give it her thumbs up :)
So, using Katie's Cookie Dough Dip and Dark Chocolate Brownie Batter Dip as inspiration, I made a few alterations and tweaks to my taste and came up with this:
pinch of salt
4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup lite soy milk
3.5 tbsp rolled oats
4 tbsp raw cacao powder
7 packets stevia sweetener
Hope you're all well and smiley xxx
