What was her gift.....more exercise equipment! What a woman!
I'm back to being serious about my own weight loss now. I'm back to where I was before self-pity, exhaustion, and burn out took over. I've had a couple of weeks of down time from the mission which helped put life back into perpective.
So Miss Melli.....my gift to you this month is that I promise NO MORE LATE NIGHT GRAZING! I know personally that this is one habit that has really ruined my dieting attempts and life style changes. So, cut off time for grazing for this chick is 8 p.m. ( I would make it earlier but some times we are very late in getting back to the nest which makes dinner late.)
My goal for the month is 10 pounds.....I'll take more, but will do a happy dance to say good-bye permanetly to 10. I think it is doable. Yes, I know in the past I've been wishing to get thin.....but that boat has sailed and as Dr. Phil would say, "It's time to get real."
