Week 4- Weigh in

This week has gone splendidly, I'm really liking eliminating extra fats- I'm still getting plenty of the essentials through flax/beans/lentils/soy and my weight loss has definitely been boosted because of. Once you get used to the change it's really not as hard as you think and your sensitivity to fat increases just like with sugar and salt, I can smell fat much more now- the wave of fat that emanates from take away shops is enough to turn my stomach.
Week 4 Weigh in:
I can not tell you enough eating more works! I've been eating more fruit and veg in the last few weeks than ever and i'm losing at a great rate without hunger or deprivation (the dessert theory is a winner!) I've managed to keep up the increased water intake and have remembered my vitamins this week too (thank goodness it's getting easier)
Weight: -1.7kg
Body Fat: -1%
Measurements
Arm: -0.5cm
Bust: -3.5cm
Waist (at my smallest point): -1.5cm
Waist (at my navel): -2cm 
Hip: -2cm
Bum: -1cm
Thigh (upper): -0.5cm
I'm well on my way to reaching my Christmas goal- only 1.2kgs to go! I hope you're all eating well and achieving your goals- whatever they may be :) xxx
