In case you can't tell I like my Asian style soups. We live walking distance from and shop at the local Asian markets so it makes sense really. If you want to see some other yummy ones check out my Vegetable Hot Pot, Dumpling Noodle Soup, Spiced Mushroom Broth, Asian Vegetable Soup, or Watermelon Rind Tom Yum Soup. You know, I think I need to give my meals more interesting names!
I go for these when I'm cold and hungry but need something that I can chew. I use chopsticks too because I find them more fun than a fork and they make the meal last longer.
