Do you remember the I Love Lucy episode where Lucy stomps on the grapes at the vineyard?
It's on of my favorite episodes. I thought about stomping the grapes I pulled off this afternoon from our grape vine. Every year I say to myself.....I really should do something with the grapes.
So after my salsa success I've decided to make homemade grape jelly. These grapes are really tart so I'm sure it will take lots of sugar to make it taste sweet. I'm thinking of making some jelly with Splenda to cut the calories.
I don't have a juicer so I may be stompin on 'em before the night is over.
