Ostrich Syndrome

Ok, I so understand. I realize that along with being sick last week I also inherited temporary insanity. I apparently can only deal with one crisis at a time and this is usually the weigh I deal with it.

It's Monday. All good diets start on Monday. So I am listening to the wake up call. Leslie Sansone forgave me for ignoring her last week and was her same perky self this morning during our two mile walk....(Did I ever tell you how much I hate perky in the morning?)

I talked with my new mommy-to-be and she slapped some sense into me too.

Sorry ladies.....I occasionally need a kick in the butt to get me going again. Yes, I am heading in the right direction now.

(Put down that spoon and slowly back away from the freezer and no one will get hurt.)
